Revive Turbo Cleaner is the core performance-restoration treatment. Its main purpose is to support suitable variable vane turbocharger mechanisms by progressively removing carbon build-up from accessible surfaces.
The treatment can also pass through suitable intake, intercooler and related air-path components. It is offered as a professional workshop service, not simply as a bottle of fluid. Correct assessment, application and customer explanation are part of the value.
DPF Revive
DPF Revive is a regeneration aid. The formulation contains nanoparticles that adhere to soot and lower the temperature at which that soot can burn, by up to approximately 150°C.
This can help the vehicle begin or complete its normal regeneration process when the ECU’s required conditions are met. Those conditions vary by vehicle and can include fuel level, coolant temperature, calculated soot load, sensor plausibility and the absence of faults that inhibit regeneration.
Regeneration burns combustible soot. It does not remove non-combustible ash and cannot repair a cracked, melted or structurally damaged filter. Underlying engine or sensor faults must still be diagnosed.
Revive Application Pump
The application pump was developed to make professional treatment controlled and practical for one technician.
A smartphone application allows the technician to choose engine size and maximum engine speed, then provides the required engine-speed guidance and timing. The calibrated nozzle supports controlled delivery, while the pick-up tube can draw from a one-litre bottle or a 20-litre drum.
The system can be configured for two intake paths, making it suitable for twin-inlet or twin-turbo applications. DPF Revive can also be delivered as part of the controlled process where appropriate.
